At Majestic Swings, each piece is handcrafted in small batches with a focus on quality, structural safety, and refined design. Our swings follow fixed designs and are not customized, allowing us to maintain consistent standards across every piece.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days, depending on stock availability and production schedules.

Worldwide Shipping

We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders.

Customs, Duties & VAT

For international deliveries, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by local authorities. These charges are not included in the product price and may be collected upon delivery by local authorities.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to shop with confidence while preserving the integrity of our handcrafted products.

Change of Mind Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  The swing is unused and uninstalled

  All components are in original condition

  The item is returned in its original packaging
  

Once a swing has been installed, used, or altered, it is no longer eligible for return.

Return shipping costs to our UK or UAE warehouse are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your swing arrives with a manufacturing defect or transit damage, notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@majesticswings.com, along with clear photographs and original packaging.

Once approved, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted for:

Installation Responsibility

Each swing includes installation guidance and mounting hardware.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure adequate structural support and correct installation.

Majestic Swings cannot be held liable for damage or injury resulting from improper installation.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this period, the order may have entered processing or dispatch and cannot be cancelled.
